My husband and I built a large custom home in 2021. It was a terrible experience, to say the least. During the building process, I stepped in as the project manager because the builder never assigned one. After 17 Covid-long months, I had not only lost 20 pounds from the stress but had gained valuable knowledge of how the construction process works and how to communicate with tradesmen. Experiencing frustration and overwhelm during the building process gave me insight on how to improve systems for builders and their customers.
Getting to know my clients by listening to their goals, whatever scale the project may be, is one of my favorite parts of what I do. Innovation, efficiency, and a logical approach are my strengths. Providing clients with an exceptional experience while fostering trust with their builder as a united team, is what keeps me passionate about our unique model.

From startup to explosive growth
Hailey started Evans Custom Interiors in 2023 with the goal of closing the gap between builders and their customers during the selections process. As a solopreneur, her business soon experienced explosive growth. Within nine months her team had completed 75 projects, grossed over $200K in revenue and grown into a dynamic and well-known brand! Net profit margins were 30%, despite having no interior design experience. In addition, she achieved the goal of her company becoming self-managing so that she could pursue other passions.
While growing her business, Hailey became involved with the Home Builders Association (HBA) of South Carolina and was recognized and awarded 8 Pinnacle and Bridge Awards in 12 months for her marketing and design skills.
One year after starting her interior design company, she founded Evans Business Coaching. Many business leaders waste money on marketing that doesn’t work. Hailey helps leaders craft strategic stories that sell so they can captivate customers and boost profit because every leader deserves a powerful story that brings tangible results.
Hailey lives in Anderson, SC. Her son, Andrew, is a licensed commercial and residential builder. Her son, Alex, is married and training as a pilot in our U.S. Air Force.
Hailey thrives on motivating others through servant leadership, by effectively communicating vision and strategic planning, while empowering others to reach their full potential. By identifying gifts in those around her, she inspires others to find their God-given purpose. She encourages the mindset that obstacles can be easily transformed into opportunities.
